WHAT TIME DOES THE CAMPING AREA OPEN?
The camping area will be open from 7:30am Friday 20th August.
WHAT FACILITIES AND EXTRAS ARE PROVIDED?
Campers are provided with toilets, showers, 1 x power outlet per site, direct entry into the event, a conveniently located campers bar and live ‘campers only’ entertainment after the event each night.
WHAT IS THE LIMIT OF VEHICLES PER SITE?
There is a limit of 1 vehicle and/or caravan per site. Both can go on a site only if they fit within the designated area. Vehicles are able to go into the main carpark after you have set up your site.
ARE MOTOR HOMES ALLOWED IN CAMPGROUNDS?
Yes, as long as they are no bigger than 10m x 5m.
WHAT IS THE LIMIT OF PEOPLE PER SITE?
There is a limit of 6 people per site.
HOW ARE SITES ALLOCATED?
Sites will be allocated by volunteers as you enter the camping area. To ensure you are able to camp next to friends, we recommend that you enter the camping area together or within a reasonable timeframe.
WILL SECURITY BE PROVIDED?
Yes, 24/7 security will be provided to ensure the safety of campers and their belongings. Security will also be on the gate should you wish to venture uptown at night after the event.
IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON SITE?
No BYO drinks are permitted on site. However, it is a licensed venue and you will have your own conveniently located campers bar.
HOW CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF MY CAMPSITE IF I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED?

CAN I RESERVE A WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY CAMPSITE?
Yes, please email the organiser directly – firstname.lastname@example.org – to have a site reserved that is near the event entry and accessible toilets etc.
IS THERE AN OPTION TO CAMP FOR ONLY ONE NIGHT?
Camping prices are for three nights as no vehicle movements are allowed after 3pm Friday.
WHAT TIME DO CAMPERS HAVE TO LEAVE BY?
Campers must be off site by 3pm Monday.
HOW DO COMPANION CARD HOLDERS RECEIVE ENTRY?
Companion Cards must be shown at the gate for carers to receive their wristband entry. If you are planning on attending as a companion please email email@example.com
IS THERE AN AGE FOR KIDS THAT ARE FREE?
Children under 5 are free.
WHAT AGE IS CONSIDERED AS A CHILD WHEN PURCHASING TICKETS?
Under the age of 18.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED AS A FAMILY TICKET?
A family ticket includes 2 adults and 2 children (Children between the ages of 5 to 18).
IN THE UNFORTUNATE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT I CAN'T ATTEND THE EVENT, WHO DO I CONTACT FOR A REFUND?

2020 TICKET HOLDERS
WILL I RECEIVE NEW TICKETS FOR THE 2021 EVENT?
Yes, our ticket provider Oztix will automatically send out new tickets for the new event closer to the time.
IF I HOLD A 2 DAY PASS FROM 2020, WHAT DAYS ARE THESE VALID FOR THIS YEAR?
The 2020 2 day pass is valid of Friday and Saturday ONLY – If you would like access to the third day please send us a message if you have not received any prior communication in regards to this.
I HAVE PURCHASED TICKET INSURANCE FOR MY ORIGINAL 2 DAY PASS, WILL THIS COVER MY NEW THIRD DAY TICKET?
Your original insurance will only cover your original tickets purchased. If you would like the third day ticket insured you will have to add that on when you purchase your tickets.
ARE PETS ALLOWED IN SITE?
No, sadly our four-legged friends are not permitted to come in site.
WHAT TIME DO GATES OPEN?
Friday at 11.00am (12.00pm event starts)
Saturday at 10.15am (11.15am event starts)
Sunday at 10.25am (11.25am event starts)
WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT FINISH?
Friday at approx. 11.30pm
Saturday at approx. 11.30pm
Sunday at approx. 11.00pm

IS THERE A DEDICATED ENTRANCE FOR THE DISABLED?
Attendees who require disabled access can be dropped off at the Milton Street entry for best access.
CAN I LEAVE THE EVENT AND COME BACK IN DURING THE DAY?
Yes, but you must keep your wrist-band on and your bags will be checked upon re-entry. This is the same for camping entry after hours.
CAN I BRING MY OWN CHAIR?
We encourage attendees to bring their own chairs. There will be an area in the middle of the festival allocated for them to be set up. There will also be outdoor settings with umbrellas at the back of the festival area, near the bar and under the shed with the food vendors.
ARE ESKYS ALLOWED?
No eskys are allowed, as it’s a licensed venue. But, a small cooler bag with kids snacks in, is ok. It will be checked at the gate.
