Official Volunteers Form and T&C’s
2022 Volunteer Expression of Interest Form
All kids deserve a fair go which is why QCCS presents NQ’s Rock’n Country music festival have set a target of $100,000 to raise much needed funds for Variety – the Children’s Charity. This charity supports kids and families who are facing many challenges through sickness, disadvantage or living with a disability. Their work allows kids to gain mobility, to get out and about in the community, to communicate, achieve independence and increase their self-esteem. They help to make sure the kids who miss out, can always join in.
We are looking to the community to help us in reaching this goal through volunteering their time and skills to help us deliver Mackay’s three-day country music festival.
There are a variety of opportunities available from Friday 19th August to Sunday 21st August. For those able to assist us in reaching this goal, there will be a ‘thank you’, dependent on your time dedicated during the festival.
In the circumstance that we receive an overwhelming amount of interest for volunteers, those that are successful only will be contacted. Applicants must be of working age of 14+, if under 18 we must have parent details and consent, in writing.
Before applying, please understand that a two-hour training session will be held on Saturday August 13th at 12pm. If you are not able to attend this training session, please do not apply.
There are multiple roles available, and we encourage you to select your preference and we will do our best to meet your first choice, but please understand this is not guaranteed.
We thank you for your interest in helping us deliver Mackay’s three-day country music and helping us to reach our fundraising goal!
